The service

Wisecards is a digital business card service operated by BAKER WILCOX LTD, company number 05616886, at 109 St. James Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2LQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].

Free beta

Wisecards is free to use during beta. One account owner can manage up to 25 cards. No payment details are required and there are no automatic charges. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.

Beta features and availability may change as we improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a beta end date.

Your account and cards

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in codes and activation links private. You are responsible for the details and images you publish and for having permission to use them, including when creating cards for other people.

Published cards and images are public. Anyone with the link can view or share them, and search engines may index them. You can edit your cards from the dashboard; existing links keep working.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wisecards for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, spam, harmful files or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not try to access another customer's account or interfere with the service.

We may restrict access or remove content where necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements.

Leaving the service

You can delete individual cards from your dashboard. For an account data copy or account deletion, contact [email protected]. We verify account ownership before fulfilling requests. Customer import and export tools are not included in the beta.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy notice explains how we handle information. We will update these terms when the service changes and communicate material changes through the service or your account email.
